प्रोजेक्ट सी फाउंडेशन - हम आपके मानसिक स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल करते हैं, एक गैर-लाभकारी संगठन है जिसका उद्देश्य सभी को मानसिक और भावनात्मक समर्थन प्रदान करना, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य कल्याण के महत्व को बढ़ाना, शिक्षित करना और इसके साथ जुड़े कलंक को समाप्त करना है जो दुर्भाग्य से अभी भी है। 21वीं सदी में मौजूद है। इसका उद्देश्य हमारे स्वैच्छिक व्यक्तिगत और पेशेवर समर्थन की मदद से दुनिया भर में किसी भी समय और कहीं भी, अपने मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के मुद्दों से निपटने के लिए मदद मांगने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति के लिए पहली जगह बनना है। दूसरे शब्दों में, प्रोजेक्ट सी फाउंडेशन का लक्ष्य दुनिया का मानसिक संकट/संकट प्राथमिक चिकित्सा और देखभाल केंद्र बनना है।

At the age of 9, I was sexually harassed.That incident changed my whole life. But It won't stop there .It kept happening to me multiple times. I have not been the same ever since. Anxiety and depression have changed me. I started blaming and hurting myself to the point where I didn’t want to live anymore. I was afraid to speak up due to the fear of being judged
But everything changed when I finally took the courage and opened up about my problems on Social Media, I was overwhelmed by people's responses, many came forward to help me. Why should the victim suffer? Isn't it the other way around? I started seeking help and I got supportive friends who are currently helping me to heal .I started focussing on my hobbies, and my profession, met new people and life was never been this better. Through my story, I want to create awareness to prevent this from happening and help others who are still suffering
